I would say sí.Va to get in fairly good cardiovascular conditioning, but you'll want at least make some arrangement so that they may use for the legs to the intensity required ejecución.De Otherwise, you'll be in good condition heart disease, but the legs (calves, shins, hamstrings, thighs) may feel exhausted and in pain while running and afterwards. . .

This would be a five star rating if not for the almost incomprehensible, assembly instructions. Fortunately, Masai Fitness has a line of video editing that almost compensates for the printed instructions terrible. I say "almost" because several important steps are missed in the instructions for video: see the beginning of an assembly sequence, and then cut the final step. Pause and rewind a few times usually solves this problem. Read the installation instructions first impression, just for laughs, and then run the online video, stopping at every step, and you should be able to ride the bike in 45 minutes to an hour (two people can gather faster). Once assembled, however, the bike is a dream! Lightweight and compact, yet sturdy, easy to assemble and quiet, the bike more than justifies its price slightly higher on similar models. No bottle holder, built-in fan, or reading as rack units with similar price. I bought a holder of a water bottle and attached to the vertical position, backed foam tape and short hook and loop straps to secure the holder. I'll do without the fan (I have a ceiling fan that works great), or reading while driving, opting instead to watch golf or tennis on TV, listening to an iPod, or watch any of the various virtual bike rides excellent DVD on TV. The full-function control unit works perfectly, with manual control, in addition to ten pre-programmed sequences, user-defined programs heart rate monitor, the heart rate target program, Watt and calorie counters, measuring body fat, and recovery of the pulse. Resistance levels and variety of programming options available are more than enough to give a reward, pounding ride in the comfort and security of your home. Highly recommended, one star deducted for poor assembly instructions.Rating: 4 / 5

I am a bit upset. He bought this bike as a gift for a loved one was opened and the bulb was broken into pieces. Call Customer Service in early January and said I was going to receive within 7-10 working days, a month later, have not yet received. I called again and said they are on back order now. They called me back a couple of hours later and said they have no records of me every time I ordered a bike? I am upset with their customer service, especially since it was a gift! I do not think I was going for more of them knowing he can not keep its word on when it is sent, in particular, even called me to let me know he was in the back to when I'm here waiting for a package. I have no idea what I do now.Rating: 2 / 5

Phoenix bought the 98,623 year revolution bike for my girlfriend, but I used to. Love this bike. It is carefully designed, heavy duty in that regard, and probably will last a lifetime. Definitely worth the price. I know you can pay thousands of spinner bikes, but not sure what more can you ask that this $ 600 wonder. My only complaint is that (like all spinners) the seat is a bit difficult and uncomfortable, at least for me and my friend. We decided that buying a cheap gel seat cover.Rating: 4 / 5

This bike is a great buy for the price. It is very important and the heavy weight allows it to be capable of rising from a chair without worrying about the bike tipping over. Assembly was easy. The seat is very comfortable, but buy one in a bike shop and was not too expensive. It is quite easy to move even though it is a heavy bike. Adjust the seat is a bit difficult. You have to use your weight to move up or down.Rating: 5 / 5

Bike is just what I wanted. The only problem is that it came with a bad double support bracket. . . have not contacted Amazon and Phoenix still not a substitute.Rating: 3 / 5

I was so excited about my bike! I did a little research and read all the positive comments on the Amazon. The table was not damaged at all, and seemed to be packed and surrounded by styrofoam. However, there are several dents in the metal. Some of them are just cosmetic and I was willing to overlook. The quick release knob broke, the company was ready to mail at no charge. But there is no use now replacing. . . the handlebars to go below a certain height, because the base to fit on the handlebar is bent inwards. I'm so angry with everything and not even want to deal with returning it. (I live a couple of flights of stairs and do not want to ask someone else to help me carry the bike over to send £ 125 back.) I hope will continue my frustration about riding the bike and I use my $ 500 out of she. I'm confused about how the company can box up a bike with so many obvious bent parts.Rating: 1 / 5
